Ingredients

1 pound ground pork (or chicken/turkey)

4 cups shredded cabbage (green or coleslaw mix)

1 cup shredded carrots

3 green onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)

Black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Meat: In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the ground pork. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Aromatics: Stir in the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Vegetables: Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the cabbage is wilted and tender.

Season the Mixture: Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using). Mix well to coat the vegetables and meat evenly. Season with black pepper to taste.

Finish Cooking: Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and everything to heat through.

Serve: Divide the egg roll mixture into bowls. Top with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for garnish. Serve hot and enjoy!
