Ingredients
  

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup assorted toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C), ensuring it's nice and hot for crispiness.

    Prepare the tortillas: Place the flour tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each tortilla lightly with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.

      Spread the sauce: Evenly spread about ¼ cup of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Add cheese: Sprinkle about ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce for each tortilla.

          Add toppings: Layer your choice of toppings over the cheese. Be creative and mix your favorites!

            Season: Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) evenly over the toppings for extra flavor.

              Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the tortillas are golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
