Instructions
In a blender, add the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut milk, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and honey or agave syrup if desired.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no chunks of fruit left.
Add the ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and fully incorporated.
Taste the smoothie, and if you prefer it sweeter, add a little more honey or agave, then blend again.
Once blended, pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
If using shredded coconut, sprinkle it over the top of each smoothie for garnish.
Place a few fresh mint leaves as a final touch for presentation.
Notes
Use frozen banana for a creamier texture.
