Ingredients

4 large buttery croissants

1 cup cooked turkey breast, sliced

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

6 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Lettuce leaves for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, chopped chives, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Assemble the Croissants: Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Spread a generous layer of the sauce inside each croissant.

Layer the Ingredients: Add a layer of turkey slices on the bottom half of each croissant, followed by a handful of shredded cheddar cheese and a portion of the chopped bacon. You can add more cheese on top if desired!

Top and Close: Place the top halves of the croissants back on and then gently press down.

Bake: Arrange the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are warm and toasty.

Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then slice in half. Serve warm with fresh lettuce leaves on the side.
