Ingredients

8 oz dark chocolate (or milk chocolate), chopped

4 oz white chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries

1/4 cup heart-shaped sprinkles (red and pink)

1/4 cup crushed pistachios

Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal later.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark or milk chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly with a spatula to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to let the chocolate set for about 15-20 minutes.

While the dark or milk chocolate sets, melt the white chocolate using the same method as before.

Once the dark or milk chocolate is firm, remove it from the refrigerator. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top in a zig-zag pattern.

Immediately sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries, heart-shaped sprinkles, and crushed pistachios over the chocolate while the white chocolate is still wet.

Finally, add a light sprinkle of sea salt on top for an extra flavor contrast.

Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes, or until completely set.

Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces to create a rustic look.
