Ingredients
  

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup hearts of palm, shredded

1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours and drained

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1/4 cup vegan cream cheese

1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions
 

In a food processor, combine the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, vegan cream cheese, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

    Add the chopped artichoke hearts and shredded hearts of palm to the food processor. Pulse a few times until the mixture is well combined but still has some texture.

      Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.

        Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbling and slightly golden on top.

          Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and parsley.

            Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggie sticks for dipping, and enjoy your delicious vegan spicy crab dip!
