8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb chicken breast, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup white cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the diced chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.

      Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
