Ingredients

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spiciness)

1 tbsp lime juice

Green onions, for garnish (optional)

Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix well to ensure all shrimp are evenly coated.

Set Up Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second, and panko breadcrumbs in the third.

Bread the Shrimp: Dip each shrimp first into the flour, shaking off any excess, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Repeat until all shrimp are coated.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded shrimp in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the spice level according to your preference.

Serve: Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the air fryer. Drizzle your Bang Bang sauce over the shrimp or serve it on the side for dipping. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Enjoy: Serve hot and enjoy your crispy, flavorful Bang Bang shrimp!
