Ingredients

4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard. Mix until well blended and smooth.

Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat a large, oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a splash of olive oil.

Sear each pork chop in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they develop a nice golden crust.

Remove the skillet from the heat and spoon the Boursin mixture over the top of each pork chop, spreading it evenly.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
