Ingredients

4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup diced pickles

½ cup diced onions

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

Fresh lettuce, for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Fries: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the cut potatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to incorporate the spices.

Assemble the Toppings: In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Set aside. In another bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, pickles, and onions.

Layer the Fries: Once the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven. Layer the beef mixture over the fries, followed by an even sprinkle of shredded cheese.

Melt the Cheese: Return the loaded fries to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve: Remove the fries from the oven, drizzle with the sauce mixture, and top with the tomato, pickle, and onion mix. Garnish with fresh lettuce before serving.
