1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup lavender simple syrup (see notes)

1 cup cold sparkling water

Lavender buds and lemon slices for garnish

Prepare the Lavender Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine equal parts sugar and water (1/2 cup each), and add 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain and cool for later use.

    Mix the Base: In a large pitcher, combine the coconut water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.

      Add Sparkle: Slowly pour in the cold sparkling water to the pitcher, stirring gently to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness with more syrup if desired.

        Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the coconut lavender lemonade mixture over the ice, filling each glass about 3/4 full.
